We live in an age and culture of religious complexity. The simplicity which is in Christ is rarely found in our programs, methods, organizations, denominations, rules, regulations, or rituals, through these we have created an American church culture of nervous activity that occupies our time and attention but which can never satisfy the hunger of the heart, that longs to “know” God.The simplicity of the Gospel [God’s Good news] is in its awesome power and the power of the gospel is in its awesome simplicity.
