D.J. Evans - with over 40 years ministry experience Pastor Evans is one of our lead teaching Pastors.He came on staff when the church was only 50 people and has lead us to where we are today. His preaching is dynamic, and powerful. He enjoys woodworking, great jokes and seeing lives changed for Christ. 

Mark Evans - Providing the day to day administrative leadership at our church as well as being a lead teaching Pastor. Marks style is fun, relaxed, and thought provoking. He enjoys lots of books, lots of food, and lots of fun . . . not necessarily in that order. Through his partnership in ministry with his dad our church has been able to impact many lives in the Fairfield County area.

Jason Evans - Jason has filled many roles at our church from facilities to preaching. Today he spends most of his time leading our music/worship experiences, co-ordinating our media teams, missions, and trying to keep up with his second grader. Jason loves music, movies, and sarcasm . . . we're just not sure which one the most.

Andy Patton - Andy oversees all of our Next Generation Ministries (youth and childrens). He came on staff over 10 years ago and just decided to not grow up. He loves kids and they love him. His heart is to lead young people and children to a life changing experience with Christ. He loves the Red Sox (okay he has some issues), soccer, and his family. Andy also teaches at one of our local Christian schools.

Chris Oosterman - Chris is one of the newest members of our team . . . he actually interned for us a few years back and we decided to keep him. Truthfully we were so impressed with his heart, love and ability to connect with kids that we knew he was the perfect fit for our team. At present he works with Andy by helping run Kidzone, as well as our video department. His greatest love right now is his new bride Tabitha . . . so congratulate him when you see him. He definately got the better end of the deal.

Vinny Provenzano - Vinny's main function is Pastoring one of our partner churches in Derby. While tending to the needs of the congregation of about 100 takes up most of his time, the rest is used to facilitate many of our ministries especially in the area of technology. His passions are church planting, technology and his family. While none of us here are really sure what he does he spends a lot of time behind a computer screen saying things like, I am updating some files.

Patty Papp - Patty is both office administrator and CFO. In her role she handles the day to day financial decisions of the church as well as providing budget and strategy information to our Board and leadership for regular meetings. She is a graduate of Butler Business School and is currently continuing her education at Sacred Heart University. Patty does not have children but her husband is very young at heart.

Judy Fanali - Judy is most likely the voice you will hear when you call our church. When you do, you will find her bubbly and warm personality contagious. She also handles much of the print and digital communication for our church. She was  recently married to an awesome guy, who's family has been a part of our church since the beginning.

Mary Doria - Mary's main job is to provide administrative support to our Next Generation Ministries. She is a great asset to Pastor Andy and Chris as they relate to the many families and children at our church. The rest of Mary's time is taken up with trying to keep up with her kindergartner!

Ashley Boos - Not that you’d know by looking at her but Ashley has been at New Life for close to twenty years, that’s because she grew up in our church. Ashley is a recent graduate of Evangel University where she received her degree in graphic design. Ashley honored by her university as the outstanding digital arts graduate of 2009. Ashley is the newest addition to our staff, she joins us as Director of Creative Ministries, this department handles all graphic, video and internet projects for all other departments here at New Life.

Luke Evans - Luke sets a milestone as the third-generation of Evans' in Pastoral roles at New Life.  As Director of Student Ministries, Luke joined the New Life staff in January of 2010. A graduate of Evangel University in 2004, Luke is currently pursuing his Master's of Arts in Christian Ministries from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Every Thursday in CREED Luke bring his creative and relational style of ministry to the youth of our church in hopes of raising up a generation of strong believers at New Life.
