New Life Nursery School was established in 1988. The goal of our school is to prepare children mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually for the learning experiences ahead. We strive to make them aware of the world around them, teach them to share in play, to work well in a group, and to follow directions. We develop motor skills through games, creative painting, handwork, coloring, drawing free hand and cutting with scissors. We teach them to listen by reading stories and listening to music. Video is used occasionally for teaching and sometimes as a reward. Our program includes structured teaching as well as free time activities.

Weather Cancellations: We follow the Trumbull School System. If Trumbull schools are cancelled or delayed, we are CLOSED. If the cancellation is out of the ordinary such as bus problems, wind or electricity (lack of) your child's teacher will call you around 7:30am. We do not make up snow days!

 **With the outbreak of the flu--Please do not send your child to school if he/she has a sore throat or severe cough or cold. The school should be notified if your child has been exposed to any communicable disease or if they should be absent for more than a few days.
